Know who came, how long they stayed, and whether the bill matches.
For stores, restaurants, clinics, dental offices, banks and offices that call contractors for refrigeration, heating and air, plumbing and electrical work.
Proof on every call, without changing how you call for service.
Verified time on every visit
The tech taps “I’m here” and “Leaving” on his phone, confirmed at your location and with your own check-in code. Helpers check in for themselves.
Every bill checked
Each bill is compared to the verified time, your PO and the rates you agreed on. Bills that match can approve themselves; the rest are flagged with the reason.
Calls go to the right contractor
Pick the trade and the location; the call goes to the contractor you set for it, with the PO, the problem and the address.
Equipment and history
Every unit at every location with its warranty, repairs and QR sticker, so the next tech knows what was done last time.
Quotes side by side
Ask your contractors to quote a repair or an install, compare every line, and approve with a tap. The approved quote becomes the job.
Approvals your way
Spending limits and approval chains by person and location, so a store manager can call for help without signing a blank check.

Equipment health monitoring
Coming · add-onSee trouble building before the breakdown. Small clamp-on sensors watch the electricity each compressor, rack, condenser, rooftop unit and makeup-air unit draws. When a unit starts working harder than its normal for the season, running longer, drawing more or short-cycling, you get an alert. That can mean a condenser packed with cottonwood, a refrigerant leak, a tired compressor or a door seal letting warm air in.
Airflow, too. Sensors across the filters show when a filter is loading up, so it gets changed when it needs it, before poor filtration lets dirt coat the coils. And if a unit is running with no airflow for longer than you set, an alarm goes out.
That one matters more than it sounds. Picture four rooftop units on one sales floor and two of them quietly fail. The other two can still hold the temperature, so nobody notices. They just never shut off, wearing out and running up the power bill, until a hot or cold snap outside is more than two units can handle and the store’s temperature swings. Watching each unit means you know the day the first one stops, not the day the store gets hot.
Your contractor sees the alert too, and can get there first. After the work, the readings coming back to normal show it was done.
Joins the same wireless gateway as the temperature sensors, connected by the store’s internet or its own cellular line. Energy figures are estimates from the sensors.
Company Control Tower watches every location for you.
Calls waiting too long, bills over the PO, the same unit failing again, maintenance coming due. It tells you what needs attention; you decide.
