Company Control Tower, the AI manager, adds on to any paid level. How it works

Pro add-ons

A big shop doesn’t need branches to need inventory.

Pro is the whole single company. Add only what you need; Enterprise includes all of it for companies with more than one branch.

Inventory

Building

QR codes on every shelf bin and truck. Scan, type the count, done. Count a few bins any day instead of one painful count a year, and see long or short the moment you finish. Parts used on jobs come out of stock by themselves; reorder points flag what is running low. No more printed spreadsheets, clipboards and retyping counts into QuickBooks.

$59/mo · included in Enterprise

CRM

Leads, follow-ups and agreement renewals, so nothing that could become work falls through the cracks.

$49/mo · included in Enterprise

Service zones

Building

Draw your zones on a map for trip charges and routing.

Data move-over

Building

Data migration with an up-front review. Before anything moves, we review your export from ServiceTitan or any other system and show you exactly what comes over: customers, equipment, agreements and price book. No surprises.

More ways we help

Three things contractors keep asking for.

Custom websites are available now. Membership & Marketing and equipment health monitoring are coming: raise your hand and you’ll be first in line.

Equipment health monitoring

Coming · add-on

See trouble building before the breakdown. Small clamp-on sensors watch the electricity each compressor, rack, condenser, rooftop unit and makeup-air unit draws. When a unit starts working harder than its normal for the season, running longer, drawing more or short-cycling, you get an alert. That can mean a condenser packed with cottonwood, a refrigerant leak, a tired compressor or a door seal letting warm air in.

Airflow, too. Sensors across the filters show when a filter is loading up, so it gets changed when it needs it, before poor filtration lets dirt coat the coils. And if a unit is running with no airflow for longer than you set, an alarm goes out.

That one matters more than it sounds. Picture four rooftop units on one sales floor and two of them quietly fail. The other two can still hold the temperature, so nobody notices. They just never shut off, wearing out and running up the power bill, until a hot or cold snap outside is more than two units can handle and the store’s temperature swings. Watching each unit means you know the day the first one stops, not the day the store gets hot.

You see the alert alongside your customer, and get there first. After the work, the readings coming back to normal show it was done.

Joins the same wireless gateway as the temperature sensors, connected by the store’s internet or its own cellular line. Energy figures are estimates from the sensors.

Membership & Marketing

Coming

Keep your name in front of every customer, every month, without lifting a finger. A monthly newsletter in your name that you approve with one tap. Sell maintenance memberships online with automatic billing and renewals. Smart campaigns from your own records: “your furnace is 16 years old,” customers you haven’t seen in 18 months, quotes that never got a yes. Optional printed postcards. And a report that shows the calls and memberships it brought in.

Custom websites

Available now

A custom website for your company, designed and built by Tracy Rogers Technologies and written for your business and the towns you serve. It comes with your own web address and professional email, so customers reach you at you@yourcompany.com instead of a Gmail address. Online booking and your Google reviews are built in, it looks sharp on a phone, and you can add photos, specials and posts yourself from your office. Your design is never repeated for another shop within 100 miles, and you always own your domain.

Every trade

Plumbing and heating? All four? One program.

Tick the trades you run when you set up. Each one becomes a division: its own equipment, repair types and checklists, its own techs (a tech can be in two), and its own numbers. The owner sees the whole company; a division manager can see just his.

  • Refrigeration
  • Heating & air
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Kitchen equipment
  • General maintenance

Jobs sort themselves

The trade on the call puts the job in its division. A job that touches two trades splits its bill lines between them.

Parts land in the right place

Parts are tagged by division; shared parts like fittings and wire go to whichever division used them.

See what each division earns

Revenue, labor hours, parts cost, margin and callbacks per division, side by side with the company total. Comes with Pro.

Built for the field

What your techs and your office get on day one.

Verified time protects your crew

A time stamped by the phone and confirmed with the customer’s code ends the “was he really there that long?” call.

Bills that write themselves

Verified hours at your rates by role and overtime, trip charges, parts with your markup tiers, subcontractor and permit lines. Review and send.

Your prices, set by you

Your rates, your markups, your terms. A built-in helper figures your break-even rate if you want it. We never set or suggest prices.

Founding contractors

Two years free, then half price for as long as you stay.

We’re choosing 10 contractors to run Base, Pro or Enterprise on real jobs and help shape it. What we ask: use it on real jobs, and a short check-in call with us once a month.
