A service call, from first report to paid bill.

Everyone works on the same call: your staff, your contractor’s office and the tech on site. Every step leaves a time stamp you can rely on.

  1. Someone reports a problem

A manager opens a call from a phone or computer, or any employee scans the QR sticker on the equipment. The call carries the location, the equipment, the problem, your PO number and the spending limit.

What you seePick the location and what’s wrong. Add a photo if it helps.
What the contractor doesThe call arrives with everything needed to send the right tech.
  2. The contractor accepts and sends a tech

Your contractor accepts within the time you set, and schedules the trip. You see who is coming and when. Emergencies go straight to whoever is on call.

What you seeSee the name of the tech and when to expect him.
What the contractor doesAccept, pick a tech, set the time. The tech gets it on his phone.
  3. The tech is on the way

The tech taps “I’m going”. You see roughly how far away he is and the town he started from, which matters when travel time shows up on the bill. You never see his exact location or a map.

What you seeKnow he’s coming, and from how far.
What the contractor doesOne tap. Works with weak signal and catches up later.
  4. He arrives and checks in

His phone notices he’s at your door. He enters the visit’s check-in code with someone on site, so the arrival is confirmed by a person, not just a phone. Each code works for that one visit only.

What you seeYour staff knows exactly who is in the building.
What the contractor doesTap “I’m here”, enter the code, get to work.
  5. Parts runs, helpers and return trips

Leaving for parts and coming back are stamped too. Every helper and apprentice checks in and out on his own phone, so crew time is verified person by person. A return visit is announced and gets its own code.

What you seeSee every trip, every person, every minute.
What the contractor doesNo paper timesheets, no arguments about who was there.
  6. He leaves, and the bill is checked

Tapping “Leaving” stamps the time out. When the bill comes in, hours are compared with the verified time, the total with your PO and approved extras, and the rates with the contractor’s rate card on file. Differences are flagged with the reason.

What you seeApprove in a click, or ask about the flagged line.
What the contractor doesBills that match get approved fast. No calls from accounting.

Everything else that comes with it

Approvals with limits

Set a dollar limit for each person. A store manager approves up to $500, the maintenance manager up to $2,500, the owner above that.

Equipment and warranties

Every unit with its model, serial number, warranty dates and repair history. Know when a repair should be under warranty before you pay for it.

Preventive maintenance

Your contractors propose maintenance plans and you accept them. See what’s due, what’s late and what was done on each visit.

Quotes side by side

Repair and replacement quotes come into your portal. Compare contractors, approve with a tap, and the approved quote becomes the job.

Follow-through report

Which locations missed check-ins, which calls ran long, which bills were flagged, and what it cost you.

Your words, your setup

Call them stores, restaurants, offices or branches. Add every person on your team and choose which locations each one sees.

Questions people ask

Does the technician need to install an app?

No download needed. He opens a link on his phone and adds it to his home screen; it works like an app, including with weak signal. A store or office uses any computer or phone with a web browser.

Do you track technicians all day?

No. Location is recorded only at the moments that matter: on the way, arriving, checking in and leaving. Nothing is tracked between calls or after hours, and the customer never sees a map of where the tech is.

What if my contractor uses ServiceTitan or another system?

That’s fine. With Time Verify they keep their own software and use Service Call Proof only for the check-in, the time on site and the bill against your PO. It costs them nothing.

What if the tech has no signal inside the building?

Taps are saved on the phone with the time they happened and sent as soon as there’s signal again. The phone’s clock is checked so times can’t be moved.

How do alerts reach us?

By phone notification and email today. Text messages, for people who sign up for them, and automatic phone calls for emergencies are being added now.

Try it yourself, both sides of the call.
